Project management

Gaynor Davies is an experienced project manager. She has developed, led and managed projects for a wide range of clients in the arts and creative industries, and within the public, private and voluntary sectors.

Clients can expect an initial meeting without charge, which will be followed by an outline project proposal with provisional costs.

Following approval in principle, a detailed project plan is produced establishing goals and outcomes, with milestones and agreed evaluation criteria.

Recent projects include:

Creative partnerships : Gaynor has just completed 4 projects for Creative partnerships. These one year projects all used a range of  art forms to explore different research questions based around creative learning.
Gaynor got to project manage some interesting creative artists including international award winning jazz and rap star  Soweto Kinch . see below
