ARTSWORK NEWS

Artswork is a national youth arts development agency which has been selected by Arts Council England as one of 10 new Bridge Organisations in England to facilitate the strategic delivery of their Goal for Children and young People from 2012 to 2015. Artswork will be delivering this in the South East region.

Delivering Artsmark training for former CP schools is part of Artswork’s transitional work towards taking on the full Bridge role from April 2012 and will build on the legacy of the creative partnership work.

The Artsmark training on offer - free of charge for former CP schools in the South East region - is to encourage former CP schools to achieve Artsmark. Accredited Artsmark trainers will deliver Artsmark training. They will also provide follow up support. This will be tailored to individual school needs, so that the application process can be efficient, effective and successful.
