Gaynor has over 30 years experience working at the interface of the arts, education and business.
A highly experienced project manager, with a client list encompassing a wide range of public, private, and voluntary organisations, Gaynor is also an accomplished trainer, working with adults, young people and children
Gaynor has carried out research into issues of governance in the arts, and has herself held a number of board memberships. She has published books, articles and resources in the field of drama and the arts.
A graduate of the Central School of Speech and Drama, Gaynor also holds an MA in Arts Policy and Management from the University of London.
Gaynor lives with her family in Winchester, Hampshire, and is proud to be a member of Hampshire Cricket Club.
